Inside E3MFG

Precision starts long before the machine turns on.

Our process — Envision. Engineer. Execute. — delivers quality from concept to final part.

Founder Bio
Founded by Jason Esher — a builder, problem-solver, and manufacturing veteran.

With over 20 years in product development and precision manufacturing, Jason has held multiple engineering roles supporting industries including automotive, outdoor recreation, aerospace, industrial automation, and medical prototyping. Prior to starting E3MFG, he helped lead manufacturing operations for high-spec components in regulated and performance-critical industries — gaining firsthand experience across a wide range of fabrication and production methods.

At E3MFG, we partner with product teams, OEMs, and entrepreneurs who need reliable, responsive manufacturing support. Whether you're scaling production or building a prototype, we deliver precision with purpose — proudly made in the USA.

“We trust E3MFG with our entire product line. From prototypes to full production runs, they’ve delivered consistently high-quality parts with fast lead times and excellent communication. They’ve become a true manufacturing partner — not just a vendor.”
